Lauren Ash

  Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born on the 4th of February, 1983, is a Canadian comedian and actress based in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is well-known among viewers of television for her character as Dina Fox in the sitcom Superstore. Ash is an alumna of Second City Toronto Mainstage, and Second City Chicago mainstage. She is also a part of the comedy duo "Cory!" She was a Canadian Comedy Award recipient for Best Female Improviser two times in 2007 and 2006 and also received the award for Outstanding Female Performance Television in 2012 and the year of 2015. In 2015 she was nominated for the category of Best Female Performances in a Feature Film for her role playing Carol in Dirty Singles. She also appeared on the show that pranks "Scare Techniques". Lauren, along with Christy Oxborrow, co-hosts "True Crime and Cocktails" her podcast.
